In plain language
- Dr. Helen AI supports your care; it is not a medical practice and does not replace your doctor. Our AI care-team members are AI, are disclosed as AI, and never give a medical all-clear.
- Dr. Helen AI is not a substitute for emergency care. If you think you are having an emergency, call 911.
- Membership is free during evaluation and the pilot. You must be 18 or older to join, and we check your ID when you do. You agree to join as yourself and to treat other members with respect in community spaces.
- Your record is yours. What you record stays yours when you leave, and you can take it with you.
