Privacy
What we collect, how we protect it, and what we will never do with it. The full privacy policy and notice of privacy practices are being finalized with counsel and will appear here.
Our commitments
- Dr. Helen AI is a HIPAA-compliant platform. Your health information is encrypted in transit and at rest.
- We never sell your data, and we never use it for advertising.
- Your health information leaves the platform only on your instruction: a document you send, a provider you add, a setting you choose. Every disclosure is recorded, and you can see the record of it at any time.
- Every fact in your record shows where it came from: you, a device, a clinician, or an inference.
- You can see what we hold about you, export it, and ask for corrections or deletion. Requests are answered by a person within 30 days. Some members of your care team, Dr. Samaira and the counselors, also keep their own working notes; these aren’t listed with the rest, and a person sends them to you on request.
- Membership helps the women who come after you. Our AI care team learns from all members together: what women face, what helped, and what got in the way. That includes what members tell Bailey (the friend on every team), Shaina (addiction) and Claire (legal), and the information we keep extra private. That learning happens in a separate, locked place. What comes out is a lesson, never a member’s story: it never identifies you, and no other member ever hears what happened to you.
- Nothing about you is used to train an AI model.
