Dr. Helen AI provides culturally competent, personalized maternal healthcare support through advanced AI technology and a comprehensive support network. Members assemble a care team of 29 AI care-team members, an obstetrician, a psychiatrist, doulas, counselors and specialists, who work together over one health record, alert the member when something needs a clinician’s attention, prepare documents for her appointments, and connect her to a licensed human professional by video when it is urgent. Dr. Helen AI is a HIPAA-compliant platform, and every AI care-team member is disclosed as AI.
